Tangible Benefit was formed in October 1997. Our aim from day one was industry leading service levels to allow us to achieve strong client retention. We continue to use this as our key measure of success.
In September 2009 an MBO was completed and since then we have grown steadily year on year both in turn-over and profit. Our focus remains – to deal with a limited number of clients and offer superior service.
Flexibility is the key to our success. We work with our clients to ensure that stocking, logistics, distribution and financing meet their needs. Tangible Benefit believes that value in any business relationship comes only with trust and understanding.
By employing the best people and leveraging our central co-located warehousing and integration facility, we have supported the development of clients’ IT infrastructure in a unique way.
Going forward, our ambition is to continue our controlled expansion. We have the funding, office space and infrastructure in place to support this.
